Claims: No claims accepted 10 days after receipt of goods.

Freight Service:

1. $6.50 Shipping Charge for all chop orders; lengths and join orders pay shipping and handeling. UPS air shipped at customer expense.
2. COD fees will be charged to customer.
3. Length orders totaling up to 200' may be shipped though restrictions limit lengths to approx. 8'. 
4. A $5.00 oversize charge will be added to all length orders. 
5. Length orders totaling more than 200' will be shipped freight collect via common carrier. 
6. Any freight damage is to be handled between the customer and the carrier. 

Sales Conditions:

Sales conditions for Chop Services: 
1. Minimum footage charge: 4 feet per frame. 
2. Minimum frame rail size: 5 inches. 
3. A standard 1/8 inch allowance is added to all chop orders unless otherwise specified. (i.e.8x10 is cut 8 1/8" x 10 1/8") 
Sales conditions for Length Services: 
1. There are no minimum footage requirements to purchase length moulding. The Customer is, however, expected to accept the shortest bar available.

1. Net due within 30 days of Invoice date (invoices attached to each shipment). 
2. Accounts past 30 days, add 2%. Past 60 days, next order is COD. 
3. $20.00 fee for all Returned Checks. 
4. There will be a 20% Restocking fee on all returned length moulding. No returns on chops. 

Our Guarantee:

If you are not happy with your order, we will ship a replacement within 24 hours. 

Chip Samples:

Chip samples of our wood mouldings are available FREE upon request. 

Frame Assembly Service:

Nothing over 32" per rail will be shipped UPS. Exceptions to assemblies: all specialty and over sized mouldings will be priced individually.

Discount Structure

Combined Chop & Assembly Discounts:

1. 5-9 ------------------- Less 10% 
2. 10-30 ---------------- Less 15% 
3. 31-99 ---------------- Less 20%

Wood & metal chops may be combined to achieve maximum discounts!!! 

Length Discounts:

1. 300-499 feet assorted -------------------- Less 5% 
2. 500 feet or more-------------------------Less 10%

   Moulding. Contract moulding orders may not be combined with other wood or metal orders to receive above discount..
